In consideration of the acceptance of my child’s entry, I for my child, do hereby release discharge the organizers of this run and all other sponsors and organizers of all claims and damages, actions whatsoever in any manner arising out of my child’s participation in this event. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event and my child is physically able to participate in this event. Further, I grant full permission to all partners of the 1 mile to use my child’s name, photographs, video, or any other recordings of this event for any legitimate purpose without compensation.
