Elementary End of the Year Program/Awards Schedule

Roy Garcia Gym
8:15 - 8:35 a.m. Pre K 3 Performance
8:40 - 8:55 a.m. Pre K 4 Performance
9:00 - 9:15 a.m. Kindergarten Performance
9:20 -10:00 a.m. 1st Grade – 4th Grade Awards Ceremony
Multi-Purpose Room
10:15-11:15 a.m. 5th Grade Awards Ceremony and Slide Show Presentation
12:00 Dismissal
- Parents are to drop off their children in the car line and then park to walk to the gym for the performance/awards ceremony. (Please do not park on Center Dr.)
- The programs will start promptly at the designated times.
- All students will be in the gym to watch the performances/awards ceremony.
- Pre K 3 – K students will return to the classroom after their performance.
- Parents/Family members may be dismissed after each Pre K 3- K performance.
- Parents may ONLY check students out in the classroom.
- All 1st - 4th grade students will remain in the gym until the awards ceremony is done.
- Please do not walk through the hallways in the middle or high school due to exams
